Marketing performance depends on factors outside our control, including competition, market conditions, customer behavior, platform policies, search algorithms, and the accuracy and quality of client-provided information. We do not guarantee search rankings, review volume, leads, revenue, conversion rates, platform approval, or any other specific result unless a signed agreement expressly states a limited written guarantee.

C4K Digital is not Google, Meta, or another third-party platform and is not endorsed by or affiliated with them unless expressly stated. Third-party platforms may change, suspend, reject, or remove accounts, listings, content, integrations, or features at any time.

When using the Website or working with us, you agree to:

• provide accurate, current, and complete information;
• maintain the security of any credentials and promptly report suspected unauthorized access;
• obtain all rights, licenses, permissions, notices, and consents required for materials and data you provide;
