To perform Services for a client, we may receive business contact information, customer information, review-request lists, campaign data, and information from platforms the client authorizes us to access. When we process personal information for a client, the client generally determines why and how that information is used, and we process it under the client's instructions and our agreement with that client.

We may also receive information from public sources, referral partners, analytics providers, advertising platforms, and business-information services.

Clients are responsible for having the rights, permissions, notices, and consents required to provide personal information to us and to direct our use of it. We use client-provided personal information to perform the requested Services, follow documented instructions, maintain security, and meet our legal obligations.

If your information was provided to us by one of our clients, please contact that client first regarding your privacy request. We will assist the client as required by applicable law and our agreement.

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including to provide Services, maintain business and tax records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with law. Retention periods vary depending on the type of information, our relationship with you, and legal requirements. We may retain deidentified or aggregated information where permitted by law.

Our website and Services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us so we can take appropriate action.
