C4K Digital LLC ("C4K Digital," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. To perform Services for a client, we may receive business contact information, customer information, review-request lists, campaign data, and information from platforms the client authorizes us to access. When we process personal information for a client, the client generally determines why and how that information is used, and we process it under the client's instructions and our agreement with that client.

We may also receive information from public sources, referral partners, analytics providers, advertising platforms, and business-information services.

Mobile information and text-messaging opt-in data and consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may disclose this information only to messaging providers and vendors as necessary to deliver and support messages you requested, or when required by law.

Clients are responsible for having the rights, permissions, notices, and consents required to provide personal information to us and to direct our use of it. We use client-provided personal information to perform the requested Services, follow documented instructions, maintain security, and meet our legal obligations.

If your information was provided to us by one of our clients, please contact that client first regarding your privacy request. We will assist the client as required by applicable law and our agreement.

If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision with the subject line "Privacy Appeal." We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right. If we deny a privacy appeal, we will provide information about how to submit a complaint to the applicable regulator, including the Texas Attorney General when applicable.

10.Children's Privacy

Our website and Services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us so we can take appropriate action.
